Hi All,
Hope this appeals to all and sundry as it's low cost to most.
My name is David Blacklaw.
Been playing poker for around 5 years but never anything bigger than the usual £40 local casino. Have been playing the APAT tour and had a couple of decent scores.
http://www.apat.com/index.php/2010/12/12/david-blacklaw-wins-apat-southern-european-online-poker-title/
Represented Blonde in the recent APAT Team Championships.
Played the SPT in Glasgow last year and finished 15th sigh...
Inaugural Monthly Take on Tikay Winner February 2011.
My Hendon Mob detail is here but only has another APAT success. http://pokerdb.thehendonmob.com/player.php?a=r&n=171286
The Event.
Looking to play the the Edinburgh Circus Summer Sizzler which is on Sunday 29th May 2011 and is a 2 day event.
The total cost will be £160 as this is broken down as £100 +£10 with a £50 Add on.
12K starting stack and a further 10K with Add on. 4 x 30min and then 40 mins per level. Plenty of play.
Im looking to sell 60% at 1:1
5% = £8
10% = £16
and so on.

I play online under the alias of 4ththistle on STARS and 4th on 888 for APAT.

I would prefer to accept a Stars transfer for obv reason but will organise Bank Transfer if this suits investors.
This is my first ever staking request so please feel free to (Rip it out of me)ask questions or point me in the right direction.

Many Thanks
ForthThistle - David Blacklaw

Will Send PM's to everyone laterz.

I'll take 10% as long as you confirm you won't be doing any 18 way chops.

Tourney Report.

Apologies for the writing...

So i am right up for this tourney and arrive at 1.5 hrs before the start.. Grab a cuppa and watch the tailend of the Golf between Westwood and Donald. Take a Boo Luke...

We sit down with 98 players and a few further stragglers and we are off. I am sat between Tikay and Tighty? Both loaded with cash and proceed to slate all players under the age of 40, " these internet players should be banned" LOL...

We lose a player at Level 2. 22K chips at 50/100. and he gets a round of applause. WP GG..
No hands of note in the first 4 levels and as we started with 12K we get to 17.2K with this hand. Blinds are 100/200 and 1 limp and SB makes up and i look down at 10c5d in the BB and check. the flop is  . i check and the SB bets 400 and i flat. the Turn is a Lovely  and the SB bets 600. i call. the River then comes  and SB (Tikay) bets 1200 and i tank raise to 2.9K and get snapped off with  . wiiiiii

We get to the break with 17.2K and the average is 16.3K. I purchase the add-on 10K chips.

We get broken up 30 mins after the break as i was playing table 11 and get moved to a table with a couple of the more creative players.

Playing standard stuff with the odd steal here and there and suddenly we have just over 40K and going nicely. We then proceed to go through 2 hours of hell with the worst cards known to man. Get moved table and have 32K with the blinds 300/600 i look down at  and raise to 1600 in the co+1 and the BB makes up. the flop is  two spades the BB bets 3K and i RR to 10.2K and he instant pushes for 60K. im like WTF. AQ or flushing or a set? Why does he snap shove....  i call and see he has AQ and we now have 65K. GFI..

Im minding my own business with the music on for some time and then off to listen to what is going on and the usual banter at the table with Bad Beats galore...

We move to the 1K/2K with 200 Ante and i look down at  and raise to 7K out of my 57K Stack. I believe i have a decent image and it's folded to the BB who makes up. the flop comes  three diamonds. The BB Checks and i Bet 10K and the BB Calls. mmmmm the Turn comes  and he bets 17K? i put him on AK to AJ so know he is calling my shove. I shove and he calls with  . FML. Can i do anything different here. Would appreciate feedback.

If i win that hand i would be Top 5 in chips with 30 Left and GTD to make day 2.

I loved the tourney and really appreciated the chance to play.

Hope to do it again.
Sorry for the no return but Many Thanks for the opportunity.

PS Vinny text me 10 seconds before the exit hand to ask how i was doing. FML.

Only feedback you need for the 66 hand is why do you 3.5x it ?? Just make it around 4500, other than that ul.
