People in the prop shouldn't change there team imo. I'm not saying this because of my own team but if people are allowed to change Ivey but not Ferguson, yet they are both withdrawing for the same reason then that isn't fair.

As someone not involved in the prop, I'd say Ivey swaps should def not be allowed. Not like this is out if the blue!
V surprised it was allowed in the other thread. Even more so that some players won't play for the same reasons but are not in iveys position.

This prop is based on the rules of the main competition, if those rules change, so do these.

Tighty has very kindly offered to do scores for our prop based on original teams, I think this is the fairest way, it's just unfortunate if you picked Ivey/Ferguson or both.

Swaps should defo be allowed. Not just coz I have Ivey. Would've said so anyway. Pointless comp if more than half the field have one less runner.

I will do either
I have noted which players have been swapped in
i have created a second scoreboard for the $50 comp.
You just let me know if its originial teams or including swaps
The original comp includes the swaps

Yeh exactly. Half the people in the comp are pretty much dead already imo

We all did this for a bit of fun and to make WSOP a bit more interesting. Pretty uninteresting if you have no chance of winning because you picked Ivey.
Also, 6 people have yet to pay, and if they have picked Ivey and you don't allow swaps, they won't be paying.
A bit unfair on those who have stumped up $50, no?
Swaps or refund imo.

not sure this philosophy would apply to much else. If half the field fell at the first fence in the national and your horse was still running I don't think anyone would ask for a restart.
fair enough in a case like this where it is friendly and pennies involved etc. I'm not bothered, i don't have Ivey, but pretty sure i wouldn't be overly bothered if i did. Akuna mattata (*Sp)
GL all anyways. Hope this ends up being a good crack

How about everyone allowed the swap BUT anyone who picked Ivey starts with a 5 point penalty?
