Don't wanna sound like a pompous twat or a killjoy but am I the only one a little uncomfortable watching the brits railing? I'm all for showing Ur support etc. Makes a huge difference but maybe it should be like snooker or darts where Ur only allowed to cheer between hands?
yeah i cringe a little when a guy is making a decission for a bracelet and has that to contend with
but that said, bring it on and some more when all decissions have been made

I actually agree with that, was going to post but expected to get shouted down tbh. It will only take a few pissed up rails before we start getting a bad reputation........

yeah agree as well, but didn't want to say anything for same reasons. Great at the beginning welcoming him in and when there's stuff to celebrate but seemed a bit ott at other times. That said, the push by the security guy on that video seemed way out of line - they should have been warned and removed if necessary before things got to that stage.

I think its very different watching it 6,000 miles away than being caught up in funking a good friend "in the moment" there. I agree its slightly uncomfortable to watch and found it very noticeable and reflected very well on Jake that he was so calm when he win, went to Timoshenko and behaved with a lot of class
All the railers are good lads, just a little over-exuberant.
I am personally more comfortable with railing a mate like that than many US railers who in an earlier round shouted "USA! USA! USA!" repeatedly in favour of Timoshenko's opponent in overt national jingoism, not knowing Timoshenko's opponent at all, just for some over-done national pride

i think its a fine line, the cheering/chating support is fine, but during a hand its not right!

Agree with this, but difficult to curb that enthusiasm.

Not really. Easy to police. They do it at the darts and snooker as mentioned.

it did seem a little OTT a couple of times but timo was reveling it and taunting back and trying to encourage his own rail
i am sure when they are thinking they have shut everything else out

fwiw both timo and gus said the rail was brilliant and gus said he thought it was great for poker when high profile matches like this become like a world cup final
The atmosphere in the room was electric yesterday. I think all rails should be like this. Can half see people's points I just disagree lol
And eames getting pushed in the chest prolly the highlight of the trip so far

mmmmm I honestly don't in the environment we were in yesterday. I think there are defo situations where it would have been a bit out of line, mainly based on the location imo so i do see your point.
The chants towards the americans of "stand up if you play online" was one of the highlights lol
