Soviet you need to download a auction sniper program if you want to get stuff at its cheapest.
Something like auction sentry, it places your bid in the last 10 seconds to avoid inflating the price prematurely.
Use the search completed listings to find what the least amount someone has paid for something similar.
Then use this price to bid on as many of the similar item as you want using the program. Remember to set it to stop bidding once one is won though, otherwise you may end up with 13.
