I'm gonna torture myself for charity

Myself and bunch of my mates are going to torture ourselves by doing a 140 bike ride from Whitehaven to Newcastle starting a week on Friday (17th June). Pretty sure the first 2 days through the Lake District are going to be fucking torture as I'm not especially prepared for the hills. Our chosen charities will be grateful for any sponsorship you can give, they are Cancer Research UK, Parkinsons UK and The British Heart Foundation. The money will be split equally between the 3 charities

Will happily accept any shrapnel you have on stars or tilt if that makes life easier for giving, otherwise see donation page below.

3 days basically, its scheduled for a fourth but the last day is just a 10 mile stroll into Newcastle. The hard work is for 3 days.
