Wondered what people thought of this hand.
$5/$10 Live cash hand.
I open
form MP to $30 - playing around $6k.
get called from the HIJACK, the CO and the BTN, both blinds fold.
CO and BTN are fish but it doesn't really matter.
flop is
I chk. HiJack (a seemingly decent, quite solid player - although has shown up with a few semi bluffs in marginal spots etc) bets $110. Playing around $3k
CO/BTN fold
I raise to $320. He calls
Turn is the
.
he has around $2600 left and the pot is $740~
What to do next and reasons for doing it?

I like the c/r, looks a lot like we have a draw since it's pretty tough for us to have 2pr so we either have a set or a draw or air as we wouldn't be doing this with Jx.

As for the turn, I'd fire around $600 to setup a river shove, expect he calls the flop with Jx, flush and straight draws. It's unlikely he's ever that strong here since he doesn't have JJ or QQ unless he's got funky pre and it's pretty tough for him to have 66 or 44. Only hand I'd be worried about at this point is QJ.

The people saying bet out again, are you all jamming if he raises the turn? Are you happy getting it all in here and now if raised?
Personally (although likely wrong when Alex comes on and tells me) I'd bet smaller than $600, more like $450, just in case a shitty card comes on the river if he calls so you can get away (Like clubs or any counterfitting cards to your 2p). Might also induce him to shove if he's feeling crazy?
Be interesting to see what actually happened and what he showed up with my guess is some kinda funky suited connector

he still has 2k back if we bet 600 Bully, so not like we're committed if a shitty card comes. If he jams the turn I'm snapping because there's still a bunch of hands we beat and as monda said, only QJ to be worried about. If he jams I expect him to show up with the T9cc or QTcc like you said plus some other draws and Jxs.

What's our plan on this board, are we looking to play a big pot with bottom two pair? What do we think the other player is going to be committing 300bbs with here if he's 'decent'?

i disagree completely. I dont think we would ever c/r a draw when being so deep, just bet flop imo. As played bet $540 and sign call if he jams.

Dave i' m starting to think the flight and that house are wAsted on you. Either come home with the world or skint. You know how well or badly you played and don't need advice from worse players than you.
Next assignment should be posting some pictures of inside a whore house or better still pics of you and a whore. Gl and try not to get filled in.

ya re what i said this isnt 100bb online where we might wanna make our hand look like a draw to get called light. We're really deep and think this line is gonna cause us problems.

my reasons for chking the flop were that my range to cbet the flop in thsi spot is pretty strong, whereas the most part of my range will have completely missed, and once a c/r my actual legitimate value range is so thin i fancy getting hero'd quite a bit, espcially by the fish if one of them bets.
on the turn though, if we're betting are we bet folding?

Obv a cb here in a 4 way pot looks really strong, the fact you say he's capable of a semi bluffing often and the fact your c/r for value range is so small on this board then I'd be bet/calling, obv we are pretty deep but I assume you are peeling 3b's reasonably wide so I'd imagine he would 3b JJ or QQ and as I said it's pretty tough for him to have 66 or 44, sigh when he has QJ.

tough spot, flopping bottom 2 can be sooooo evil.
i would of bet out the flop, with that Q turn only really helping QJ....Like mentioned JJ QQ 66 44 are very unlikely, the way its played the flush draw is the probable hand, (i think if he had a decent J-x he repops the flop to scare off potential draws)
i bet out just under $500 on the turn, but hating my 2 pair if he repops.....if he flats the turn bet i'm check cry calling river
