Electricity and Gas bill payment increasing by over 350% per month. Makes me sick. No wonder these old people go in the winter. Charging me £240 per month.. haven't had central heating on since Feb and have hot water on for like 4hrs a day.. abs thieves.

How much water comes out of a slice of bacon. Been really pissed off about it lately, have tried numerous supermarket and local butchers shops.

Thought I'd try and make meringues today but my mix is too runny.  I've read the causes, it's definitely one of them, I'm just annoyed.

Was a combination of things, but the bit of yolk that got in that I assumed wouldn't have made a difference, made a difference.

Good news though, batch number 2 has made it to the oven and will be ready in approx 45-60 mins Smiley

I don't think I'd last long on the Great British Bake Off.      I'll practice just in case, Tarte Tatin is next, probably at the weekend.

The x factor

THANK YOU!

Three months of flashing lights, loud music, fireworks, tears, fake tantrums, abusing the mentally ill, selection dilemmas and fanfares...and then the act that comes second is more successful than the one that wins.

Good job, there. Well done.
