Jackass star died in a car crash, with a passenger also killed. Absolute legend, although unfortunately I am not surprised one of the Jackass guys died young (just always thought it would be Steve-O). Given his dare devil nature, I can only assume he was driving dangerously (maybe even filming it).

Well if he was drunk I lose all sympathy, but will reserve judgement until a proper report is issued.

He posted pictures of himself drinking a few hours before hand on twitter. Having said that we don't know he was driving.

Just saw this posted on another forum: There are rumours going around that it's fake. His new movie is about him being dead and the site actually says "Being dead has never been so much fun..."

I actually did ponder this while I was at tescos, that the next level of cruelty would be for the jackass boys to pretend someone is dead 'for a laugh'.

Agree with the mixed feelings if this is true. The reports say he was identified by his tattoos and there was another person in the car. Very sad loss of life if true but if he was drink driving and took someone with him it's really hard to give him pure sympathy.
Faking deaths has always fascinated me, mainly because family and close friends will be saying they wish it wasn't true, and then when they realise it's fake they go completely crazy at the person and sometimes never talk to them again.

No sympathies for him, but shame someone else had to suffer as well for his stupidity.

I don't know, in this instance that person had obviously chosen to travel with him - they could have said no.

If the other guy was aware he was pissed, then they are both as bad as each other. Either way its a shame all their friends and families are going to suffer for such stupidity.
I once got in a car and did not know the guy was drunk, after I found out I never spoke to the guy again.
