blonde leagues on Sky
«

These have been running now for six months
Over 100 blonde players have played at least one event, thank you
I am looking ahead to July onwards, and canvassing for opinions
League games generally get 20-30 runners. Ideally I would want to double that. Especially if I am to obtain more added value from Sky Poker for blondes entering these events (currently get £100-200 worth of MTT entreis per month)
Have tried NLHE, PLO, Headhunters, Deepstacks, set nights of the week, mixed nights of the week
Basically any format you see in the Sky Poker lobby is available to us
What do you want to see?
Could we do a team event, such as we did with Virgin in 2007? (teams of 4, individual and team prizes)
All thoughts welcome

I personally struggle to justify playing league games (as im shit) but more so because of the different days.
Maybe a qualification kind of game, where say top 5 in each comp go on to play a final with a little added for each game (free entry into a £10 MTT) and then the rest of the added stuff available in the final with a small entry fee

I work shifts so it's never worthwhile me playing league games because i'm never going to get the points needed to get into the prizes.
Might be interested in some team events, or some sort of challenge against another forum

I always liked the Virgin team games. It would be nice to reform Team Bluffer.

I enjoy the league game, but I never play them for league benefits as I normally only manage to play 1 every 3 months.

Is a rake race of some kind possible? Highest number of cash for points points? Dunno if this is even possible though.
I'll play the ones I can whatever, but really REALLY busy with work at the moment and don't know what I am going to be doing one week to the next. Something where you can play flexible time would work best. tbh my volume would not be that great anyway though until the end of August at least.

have set up a July league, events on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays ie no one fixed night
Will look to get a 4 player team event going after people's summer holidays, with individual and team prizes

I'll play whenever I'm free to play. Preferred the Leagues where we had highest blonde finishers in SkyPoker MTTs as it meant that prizes worth winning. Maybe 5 quid to 10 quid buy ins?

10 quid puts off loads of people, sadly
Simon you mean people play whatever sky MTTs they like and I record the results?

Is there a way we could get a cash game going only small stakes, maybe even some kind of mixed game. open it for a couple of hours a week and record the biggest winner over the month.
I would like to play PLO against other blondes as I now love PLO.

I would need to ask, as Private cash tables do not currently exist
If I do ask, I need guarantees that we'll fill it otherwise I'll look like more of charlie than for asking for Private MTTs for <10 players
My experience is that those guarantees will a) not be forthcoming and b) not kept to

ok. I have a league in for July but if it dies like this month I'll try that for August and a team event for September
Little support=no more leagues, and possibly no more sponsorship/doubts about the forum. Can't make it much plainer
