How long has it been gone now? It feels like forever!

Too soon to bring it back?

I think the problem last time was there were too many of them. Rather than weekly I think it might be better if it was every 2nd week. I know that by the end it was starting to feel like hard work having to submit answers every week. Especially when I was asked to name service stations on the M6 and the names of recruitment angencies Wink

I'd be more inclined to join in too if it weren't every week.  Get it sorted Cf.

The problem was stupid quizmasters.

One advantage to every two weeks is we could perhaps be a little more selective in who runs them Smiley or at the very least it gives the qm time to get the questions proofed by someone (I suggest tighty) rather than posting and having changes made. That started to happen most weeks. That was beyond farce. It just ruined it.

I miss em too, not enough people did em though. I kept putting in answers just for the quiz to never run. FML.

No, it was quizmasters who were stupid.

Yeah that too obv lol

The problem with questions being changed tho was it was a waste of time submitting whilst all the bickering went on as they may get changed. End result is people don't bother. When they go up that needs to be it. And they then need to not start with "name an avenged sevenfold song" Wink

Yeah, but if the quizmasters weren't stupid and put a bit of effort into creating questions that are suitable for the RSQ there'd be no need for the bickering and changing of 90% of the original questions.

I'm guessing a few more people would play if there wasn't a risk of having to set the questions for the next one.

Personally I'd happily have a go but there's not a chance in hell I could ever spend 2 hours one night quizmastering.

Yours were fine, it was just off the back of some terrible attempts and people had lost interest.

I'll do a one-off RSQ to gauge the interest if people want?
