he has no obligation to make people aware of the status of him looking at his cards. with the amount and demeanour of his table talk why you would believe him when he says anything is beyond me.

+ Hellmuth uses his dousche image to get away with being a dousche in countless tournaments etc so happy to see him getting mauled. Gotta love his no rebuy policy, he's such a fish at cash!

I think it was very dirty, I mean you don't need to use this sort of dirty tactic to get chips imo, if your good enough u should be ablke to make ur reads enough to show a profit - tbh Phil is a pretty terrible cash player, so it's just a massive needle to him on tony's behalf to do what he did, if someone did that to me and then openly said he was lying, I prob would have decked them, and then got barred from the establishment - No matter what people say, Phil is a brilliant tourney player, but imo, think he should bypass cash, also if there is one person that gets underneath ur skin more than anything, I have learnt, to not tangle witth them unless I have near on the nutz, as I would rather lose my chips to someone decent if I lose at all.

i thought it was pretty bad of tony to do this, especially showing his cards to hachem and trying to get him involved. reality is with their previous hand and history Tony has to realize that phil has to have a hand of some sorts and is highly unlikely to fold to a re raise so there was no need for the lie.

me and dreenie are old school ,  , and have seen people get and deserve a slap for this sort of play. totally unethical and lacking of any respect for your opponent and game.
