got myself into a kind of interesting spot yesterday

playing $10/$20 at the Bellagio.

Fish Limps UTG, I Iso him from UTG3 to $120 with  (which I have been doing a LOT - with varying betsizes) playing ~$6,500

American guy, who I know played reasonable stakes online + has seemed to play really well 3bets from the C/O to $300 playing ~$5k, this is the first time he's 3bet me in about 80 minutes.

I call

Flop ($650)

I chk, he bets $380. I call

Turn ($1,410)

Thoughts on how best to proceed from here?

Assuming 3ber covers? I would definitely c/r or lead this flop, I think c/c is by far the worst option. You have to check now, c/r if he bets and jam the river.

edit: the turn c/r is really awkward with stacks (because it looks very like what you have) but I don't see what else you can do, leading is horrendous and you can't really check call with queen high and poor visibility.

thoughts on leading flop?

yeah It's a cool idea imo, my only worry is that the hands in my range that wanna bet/get it in is much thiner than his, so he can raise the flop as a bluff a ton as the only hands I should be 3betting are 88/99 and a  Xs combo of which I don't have too many + I have kinda decent equity vs most of his air. I was STRONGLY considering c/r folding the flop as I reckon I can make it $900 or something to win $1050 and show a decent profit + getting peeled doesnt suck TOO badly as there are lots of good turn cards for me.
