An alternative, which was suggested at the start of the season

There are 16 of us (Pleno and Nico had two teams)

We do a sweep on the Euros

Everyone gets a team, drawn at random by someone not involved

Winner takes the £225

I'm happy to organise whatever people want.

Why are Swansea not on 91 points?

Am I missing something?

that's correct

Swansea on 47+44=91, Chris' table is wrong

As it stands Newcastle/lucky dip is leading with two games to go

So we have a potential £225 spin up on the cards

Some thought as to how to use that, welcomed in the next fortnight please

lol - i'm so terrible at spreadsheets, any others i've got wrong?

Last matches this weekend

           Handicap   Points Total
Newcastle   36   65   101 Lucky Dip
Swansea   47   44   91 Pleno
Man City   4   86   90 Alverton
-----------------------------
Fulham   37   52   89 Pleno
Norwich   44   44   88 Redsimon
West Brom   39   47   86
Man U   0   86   86
Wigan   43   40   83
Tottenham   15   66   81
Everton   27   53   80
Sunderland   34   45   79
QPR   42   37   79
Stoke   34   44   78
Arsenal   9   67   76
Blackburn   40   31   71
Wolves   45   25   70
Villa   30   38   68
Bolton   32   35   67
Liverpool   14   52   66 ChipPrince
-----------------------------
Chelsea   2   61   63 SiloGraham

The Situation

£450 in the Prize pool

1st £225 LuckyDip has won

Lucky Dip. Open to suggestions but the idea was we spin up the prize on a bet on something like the CL final post season. Players would be presented with a range of bets in a poll and the highest voted gets it, winning split equally. An alternative might be to do a sweepstake on the Euros, winner takes all, 16 players get a team each

2nd £115 3rd £70 Four teams fighting over this, Alverton, Plenox2, Redsimon

Swansea 2nd home to Liverpool
Man C 3rd home to QPR
Fulham 4th away at Spurs
Norwich 5th home to Villa

Bottom £40 Silo Graham and Chip Prince

If Chelsea win, Liverpool lose then Chip Prince scoops. If not Silo Scoops

Chelsea v Blackburn
Swansea v Liverpool

Fancy Bayern but obv odds on so won't spin up much.

I would try and split this.

Paddy power have an offer on:

Money-Back Special
If Chelsea win the Champions League, Paddy Power will refund all losing First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer, Correct Score & Scorecast singles on the match

Max refund of £100 per customer.

Prety sure you can place this via the shops too though not 100 percent sure. I really like having a 15/8 saver-odds of chelsea lifting trophy-in case the bet loses.

Personally I'd back Gomez to score first at a joint industry best price of 4's for £100 and if it loses but the blues win, refund!

Superb scoring record versus a very fragile looking Chelsea defence.

Dunno what else i'd suggest for the other £125 bar perhaps trawling another paddy shop/punting it online with the offer maybe on a diff bet.

Anyway obv happy to go with whatever consensus is, just think it's worth considering doing an offer like this. Basically it's like a £30 free bet saver in case your £100 bet loses.
