I also think Bayern should win this fairly comfortably, I mean how often does a team get to play at home in a Champions League Final?

Looked at Half time-Full time Bayern @19/10 and Bayern -1@9-4(have to win by at least two)- and i prefer the latter of these.

I believe the Barca result was one of those freak games where one team ran like god and the other didn't. However, Bayern in my eyes thoroughly deserved to go through against Real.

Missing the likes of Ramires, Ivanovic and Terry is an absolute nightmare for the blues and although Munich have some ruled out too I don't believe they are as key.

The only worry for me here is that perhaps expectation may cause a problem for the home side whereas Di Matteo will almost feel on a free roll.

Interested to hear opinions, but I can think of far worse punts than Bayern@5/6 in 90 minutes.

They did lose 5-2 in the cup final in the weekend but i think u r thinking of their price to lift the trophy, that is around 1/2.

As a single punt it's great but it's basically a tenner each (plus change) in a one off bet we have her.  Are we not better of going for something that will bring in a few quid more other than an extra tenner should we win?

Would rather something like the /FT, FGS, Scorecast etc that pays a bit more, maybe spreading over a couple of different bets if the amount is too much to get on.

Just a thought

Nah I totally understand, a spin up prob dsnt need 5/6 shots.

That's why i'd be doing the paddy power offer on the fgs, correct score, scorecast markets too.

Even if we lose we could get the monies back and try again.

Remember, I have to be able to put whatever on in a shop

Have the cash in front of me to do so, as its come off people's entries on Stars

Will I get £225 on a 100-1 shot on in a shop? Dunno

and where's my nearest Paddy Power?! edit, I have 2 PP shops 20 minutes away.

FWIW I like Kroos 1st goalscorer at 14-1, decent enough spin up odds

I also like Bayern a lot, something like 3-1 at 14-1

I could split the £225 multiple ways of course

Happy with this.  Don't spend ages trapsing round places though, local bookies will do.

Would be madness if we did do any fgs/correct score bets and didn't take advantage of the Paddy offer-providing of course it's not just an online offer and prices were competitive.

Like Rich says he has 2 shops within 20 minutes, as long as he doesn't mind of course.

I say split it and put like a few sweats on.

Not like 10 ways or nothing but maybe say like one for £100, two for £50 and a £25 one.

The Paddy Power offer is available in Shops

I can also put the £225 Online via the shop if need be

So I am proposing

£100 Gomez FGS at 4-1 (current) Money back Special (if Chelsea win) Nico29

£50 Bayern 3-1 at 14-1 (Corals) My selection

That leaves £75 for the best suggestion someone comes up with

Mine might be Chelsea-Bayern /FT at 22-1

1x £100 bet could be one that would look to double the fund-then we could even carry on a spin up on Euro 2012 or something. A sensible nitty selection like Gomez fgs@4-1.

2x £50 bets- punts that look to reach a grand in the hand and maybe cash out-perhaps like Tighty's 14-1 shots.

1x £25 bet-wild punt for the world and champagne all round-like a 100-1 mad one.

I'm getting use to these 3rd place prizemoney in sweepstakes/tipster competition.

Stars is fine;  Alverton

I also like Tighty selections, if they end up changing I'm fine, but would prefer to generally be on the Bayern side.
