Not on the flop. I was wondering if he could have folded on the turn or maybe I should have raised more.

You should have gone all in on the flop. If he's prepared to do single bet re-raises on the flop, he would call an all in, especially if he has top pair with top kicker.

I would raise again on the flop. Yes you are right you prob don't get rid of him but he is a mile behind at this stage make him pay. I don't see the logic in slowing down on that flop, you have a good hand (almost certainly the best at this stage) but its vunerable. Two pair is far from a lock on any board.

Get your money in when ahead the maths does the rest.
