Hi guys played all sunday majors and went very deep in the microgaming 320euro toruney and then after a huge 3bet turn bluff for my tourney life (I showed) The immediate hand after came up...17 left im 3rd in chips Blinds 3k-6k My stack 275k i open UTG for 13500 and it folds round to small blind he has 274k he 3 bets me to 31k BB folds does anybody do anything else but call here? I called Flop is -7c-2s He Cbets for the 36k i call turn is and now is where its get tricky im expecting all hands like 1010 JJ QQ KK to check here plus all random 3 bet hands except for a picked up diamond draw or straight draw maybe? he leads for 1/3 pot whats your play here do you ever fold? do u shove? or do u call and evaluate river? thanks for any replys guys will let u know what happened after i get some feedback. Why did you show the bluff? Was it to create an image for yourself or were you just showing off? (If it's the first then you know you have to call, if it's the 2nd..that's just stupid)

If you call the 3bet pre and the flop bet then you have to call (or shove) the turn bet. IMO.

Just for clarification, my shove comment was more to highlight that I'd never fold here rather than actual shoving (as played of course)...I obv always call.

if you think he was paying enough attention after your big turn bluff you could consider a raise on the flop and try get him to spazz out and jam  somethig we beat

Call turn.

Call / value jam river.

Don't show bluffs in future then you won't have to worry about levelling yourself in to value jamming AQ.

It's close ish but i prefer to call the turn as he could have picked up some straight/flush equity plus have a couple worse Ace combos along with airballs since you have a loose image atm. Folding on lots of rivers if he bets. Not that happy with AQ at all here though so i wouldn't hate it if you wanted to fold the turn tbh, and any notions of jamming at any point are horrible, we really want to just showdown.

Eh?

We've just shown a huge bluff.

Are we now going to sit and wait for the stone cold nuts before we bet for value?

Without the bluff I agree this is a showdown hand but given the circumstances we should be looking to get hero'd by worse.

Call it down.  Guessing he had AK or something like that this time, hence the post?

Disagree. Granted we have shown a bluff and hence portray a slightly looser image (it's not gonna have a huge effect imo) but his range seems pretty strong so there are still too few combinations of hands which'll take this line and call a shove with worse than AQ.
