Can someone please find any archive thread links about double chance freeze outs?

I have only just noticed that tomorrow is one of these and I have never played one before. Just wondering whether to take the whole stack early or use it as rebuy/add on. I have a few theories but would like to see some opinions.

Depends how it's being done?
Can you take it straight away or only when you lose 50% of the first lot?

It will be 2500+2500 double chance

You may take your second allocation of chips when you are down to 1250 chips or below or, if not needed beforehand, after the first two levels

You do see comps where you can take both allocations before Hand 1. Lots tend to do this in case they get a big hand early. That of course works both ways!
