It's Claire's avatar. The site that it's hosted on also hosts something suspected of being malware. You'll get that popup in any thread Claw posts in.
ETA: It'll only happen with people that use Chrome.

Shouldn't really hotlink images from third-party sites anyway.
Best thing to do is to download the image and then upload it to photobucket or a similar site - then link to that image.
