Don't boil your potatoes and veg, steam it instead.  I use this kitchen device almost every day, it is great. Most people have used one already, if you haven't then give it a go.  Don't miss out, lol

Anyone played the Cube board game?

http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10001_10001_106100541599_-1?breadcrumb=Home%7EGifts+%26amp%3B+toys

Read mixed reviews, seems like if it was done well it could be good.

Got the Star Destroyer second hand. Death Star was a self-birthday present after a minor bink. Death Star probably the best Lego model ever created, IMHO. You can recreate virtually any Death Star scene from SW or ROTJ in it. Incredible design and attention to detail.

Wish I'd bought the Millenium Falcon Collectors Edition when I saw one about 6 years ago. £400 quite a lot of money. 5000 pieces though - biggest set ever sold. They go for about £1k on ebay these days!

The missus is getting proper annoyed at me as I can't think of anything I want for Xmas this year.. What is on the top of other people's lists this year?

I would love something which would make me be able to use my laptop in the bath, but apparently such a thing doesn't exist. sigh.

tbh, we have pretty much everything we need/want and we would struggle to think of something we could both agree on. i.e She wants a new cooker and i want a three diamonds TV. Plus I have bought her loads for Crimbo. The wife thinks i am a nightmare to buy for but i am genuinely happy with anything.
