Some 45 man SNG turbo questions, assuming 7-9 players on the table:

UTG, UTG +1, UTG + 2:

- What is the worst hand you will shove with 8/9 BBs?

- what do you do with i) AT, ii) KQ, iii) 66 , with 12-14 BBs in the same position as above?

Cutoff / button / SB:

- What do you do with i) 22-44, ii) A2-A7 with 14-16 big blinds?
