There's a guy been here all four days, playing the roulette. I'm not sure he's even been home to sleep, he has to be in his 70s, and every time he goes out to the smoke area, he rolls a whopping great 16 skinner.

We have lost Cork born, london based Paul Bracken, winner of the 2007 GUKPT right here in Blackpool G.

He had Jack high on an 8 K 5 2 10 board, Dan Corbett had a set of deuces.


Paul picks up £11,530 for sixth place, which probably equates to one buy in at his local cash game at Palm Beach.

Before we started today, all of the TDs, bloggers, staff etc were standing round the table.

cameraman Brian shouts over to me

"How short are your shorts?"

Puzzled I replied,

"well they're normal length, they're not like up my bum crack or anything."

Everyone turned and looked at me like I was mad. Standard.


Turned out Brian had actually asked,
