I don't like it because it is really hard to know what he is repping except possibly what he has.  I would prefer a 3bet pre and then his flop line looks more realistic but here when you get raised it is really hard to know how to play it from here because you are up against a bluff quite a bit.  Once he has called pre I prefer a call here to keep the bluffs in and firing on turn.  This just seems to be needlessly opening yourself up to be put in a difficult spot although I think on balance I shove now.

I think its fine

Mainly because I'd expect an unknown in an $11 MTT to play his hand face up when we're this deep. He'll flat his flush draws ace highs that don't believe us and worse pairs and 3bet with TT+

Pretty easy 3b pre surely in a CO vs BTN situation?

Never raising flop either.

Flatting pre standard, flatting flop also standard. You'd need a read or dynamic to adjust from this.

call the flop. shoving would be an option now in some circumstances but vs a random in an $11 i'd just fold as played.
