Fraser, QPR have a magnificent run of games coming up for the next 7 or 8, they will be an even bigger price on March 11th.

Some are easier than others agreed, but they do have Barton out for the next 2 premiership games..their next 3 are Newcastle away( very difficult ) Wigan at home  (depends which Wigan turn up ) Villa away (very difficult )

Obviously the transfer window is open but even with money to spend I think they will struggle to attract quality players, thus making a team that in its last 11 games  1 won, drawn 2, and lost 8 ridiculously over priced even taking into account the next 7/8 games...Just my very strong opinion  Smiley

Lost 4 on the bounce at home?

Of which three were Arsenal, Utd and Liverpool. Difficult to read a lot into that.

Its enough to read that a trip to Villa park is a long way from 'very difficult'.
thats my opinion...got any of your own ?

My opinion is that Villa are a poor team with a manager who must have pulled out his wank sock 10 times over when he realised a Premier league club were after him after his time taking the hugely negative Brum down.  There performance v Chelsea was decent but not spectactular and while that will buy him time, Villa will finish around 13-15th and Villa fans will have wet tear filled pillows for the forseeable future.  Villa have lost 5 from 10 at home, they were a difficult game away v MON's side, not now.

Thats my opinion.  Smiley

They are average agreed ..but think they will still have way too much Against QPR

to be honest I could say that for any team playing QPR in the premier this season Smiley

I thought Newcastle were a very well balanced hard working unit away at Liverpool

Manchester United however were very lame at home to Blackburn and need a massive improvement

Newcastle will be more less be at full strength & no doubt Fergie will make changes for a Man Utd (Giggs ,Ferdinand and Rooney in contention according to sky sports ) team under pressure to close the gap on Man City,

At present I dont see too much in the teams so given the home crowd /advantage I feel that Newcastle at 3 -1 draw no bet  (7 -2 on betfair )   is a very big price / value

Classy prediction! obv was happy about result! Bit gutted i didnt lump on City at 10/11 to beat Liverpool other night but hey ho so whos going to win the Preimership then ? Do you think they will hold on now an keep Tottenham an Man utd at bay or shall i go againt my no more betting this year an just lump on at 5/6 City to win Carling cup?!
Man City..will probably win the premiership( the question i there anybody good enough to go past them ? ) and If you are going to have a bet you could do a lot worse than just about the right price @ 1-2

As regards the carling cup ..I thinks its best left alone(city could win of course ) as maybe  Liverpool could turn them over in the semis
Music to my ears !

Agree that Villa away isn't "very difficult", they are in a slump, lost to Swansea who have a terrible away record and Villa fans against there manager from day 1.

I'd get involved with City at that price if it weren't for the run Man U are on, only team who make me less want to back against them when they're in a mini blip, plus City have a lot of midfielders missing which is where they would crush Man U.

I think Man City are a very good to beat Man Utd thing either @ 2.2  outright or a big bet @   4 - 7 draw no bet  lost

I wouldn't back us at 8/11, QPR have the new manager factor and we are still unproven for how we are going to cope without Tiote/Ba, this would be a definite fade for me. Also recent results at home against Swansea/WBA add to me wanting to fade this.
