Because it's easily exploitable?

This is very player dependant for me TBH. Has he shown any hands in the short time you've been sitting there? Has he played many hands? How has he played them; Did he call big pre and easily fold when meeting any resistance on the flop? etc.

If you call and check the river to him he could/should shove on the river and then you're obv still in a bind. He's already put more than 40k into the pot and only has 40k behind so I don't know if he'll ever fold to a shove here.

Very difficult and I could do three different things depending on what I've seen the guy do in the previous few hands.

I'll lean towards calling now and hope he's at it (as quite a few will be if they have a smaller pair and want to get HU with all in boy.)
