3b pre seems good given your image and his, and his sizing. But your sizing is wayyyy too small. I'd make it 35 here. You're oop and don't want him to peel. anything less than 30 gives him too great a price to peel and try and crack "the big hand" he probably puts you on. Q7ss is alright, can flop top pair, and is, importantly, suited.
