Does it sound like they have pleaded not guilty? I love going to court great day out.

I imagine they have Jase. It's a bolt out of the blue this is, I haven't heard anything about this since March and I just assumed nothing was happening.
The downside is is that they are being done for the armed post office burglary and driving a stolen car and not my house robbery. As long as they get whats coming to them I suppose I should be happy.
yes seems a bit strange to have you as a witness if not charging em with burglary. Suppose they can link em to the car but not the burglary. It will be strange seeing the faces of the guys and I bet they look totally different from the images you had in your mind.

UPDATE:

At the hearing on 1st March, 2013 at Truro Crown Court, John Joseph Inglesby and Alex Peter Shirley pleaded guilty to the following charges:

John Joseph Inglesby:
DANDEROUS DRIVING
BURGLARY

Alex Peter Shirley:
BEING CARRIED IN A STOLEN VEHICLE

John Joseph Inglesby was sentenced to a total of 2 years and 4 months imprisonment and disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Alex Peter Shirley was sentenced to 4 months imprisonment suspended for 12 months.
