Anyone on here able to design a website or finish off what I already have done?

Or give me a recomendation?  The company I was using have lost their programmer and have left me in the lurch and I really want to get my site on the as soon as, I had hoped to be able to launch by the middle of December but my plans have been seriously delayed.  I am a technophobe!

The site is already hosted.  I just need to make some changes. 

I am willing to pay for any help provided, but would ideally not want to spend a fortune. 

If there is a kind blonde able to donate some help even I would in turn fund a live update or something similar?
