My point is, if you are wanting to cheat, what is to stop you using multiple IP addresses. Eg, one person uses dial up and the other uses the broadband. Or you get ADSL and a cable internet connection. Get a new phoneline from BT and have two connections.... Request multiple IPs from your ISP. have one PC go through a proxy server... There are hundreds of combinations that do not involve the use of the same IP.

Not only is this sort of thing incredibly easy to do, its rife. Not a worry at the lower limits tho.

mikky i was an irc admin for nearly 3 years i do know the difference  but icq is much more secure and harder to track than irc
