Maybe it failed because to send I was using the account where I deposit mine!

(I don't have online banking here - have to phone up which takes ages and costs like a tenner each time - the next time I have to make a couple of payments - probably the next 10 days or so I will do it if that's ok with you? Unless I can send to your Poker Encore account?)
