Cracking race, what do we fancy? Kauto looked as good as ever when beating Long run. Made Long run look like a novice at jumping fences. Sure that was just a prep race but i'd still be concerned over its jumping.

No bet for me, I get too emotional baby every time Kauto runs. Long Run too strong a stayer for him now imo, even with Keystone Cop on board.

Like others I don't mind not having a bet and cheering on kauto star in this one. That said I think I might throw a few quid at Sommersby if the price is fancy enough. I think stepping up in trip might just bring out the best in him.

The contrarian in me normally thinks there may be some value in the rags when the media hype something as a match. Lot of deep quality in this race for sure. Haven't done much work on tis but would love to see Nacarrat roll back the years and produce a display similar to when he won the RP chase around there.

can't for the life of me have binocular in the christmas hurdle, im looking to bet overturn but slightly worred his last 2 races might have taken too much out of him. Nicholls is quoted as saying he is unsure if rock on ruby is quick enough to mix it in a 2m championship race.

I'm on Diamond Harry e/w at 16s, thought he ran a cracker after a year off at haydock.Maybe be asking a bit much to actually win the race, but with a few doubtful stayers in the race.seems like a bit of value to me.

I'm in the Diamond Harry camp too as he looks less exposed than most and I thought he ran a cracker first time out in the Betfair 'chase. At more than double the price of the other unsexposed horse Captain Chris, he seems a bit of value to me. I'm not entirely sure he is capable of winning the race but looks good for a place and with some doubts about the front three I'm happy to play ew.
Binocular might run it's one good race of the season on Monday but I couldn't back it with counterfeit.

I give up on Binocular after it won the Champion hurdle, did my Betfair balance balance on it year before. Never had a penny on when it won. Agree DH looks a good bet at 16's off to have a look.

bounce factor? A possibility, plus the horse is not the easiest to keep sound. Have watch the haydock race several times and thought he ran far to free. Given a bit more restraint i'm hopefull of a big run.
