Well Man utd on verge of going top later on today an possibly a chance of staying there for forseable future!

Man utd have a couple of easy games wt Blackburn at home an a disgruntled Newcastle beaten again last nite away 4days later wheres Man City have another away assignment at Sunderland after drawing away to West Brow last week, followed by a rejuvenated Liverpool+STEVEN GERRARD at home !

Intersting battle going on if you discount Tottenham claims but could these 4 games once again give Man utd the mental edge as well as the top spot an there customary title charge  we have seen for a few years now?

We know Man city have the squad to compete wt Man utd but one fact is for sure Man utd have the bottle ! Do Man city have the bottle chaps ?

City for me this year....a combination of United not being as strong this year and the added strength of City makes them just edge it for me.

Think Toures going to ANC will have a big effect. Utd look frail with injuries. I think Spurs squad is very thin too and I think Chelsea and Arsenal will make a surge. Could be very tight but I think City will snatch it.

I don't have much affection for any specific team and much prefer to see under dogs winning or teams that play exciting football.

IMO city or anyone else won't have much say on winning the title whilst Ferguson is at utd. The title is there's to lose every year and the other contenders can only hope utd mess up. This utd team is weaker than any other in years and yet they still perform with tha consistency to win the premiership.

Big game for City now tomorrow if they are going to be Champions they have to win this next game, Tottenham had a minor setback but swansea play well at home an Utd bad first half ultimetly cost them the game against Blackburn.

On a +side for Utd have to be impressed wt Berbatov as many players being left out for so long wouldnt be able to produve professional permonaces of high quality , Torres for instance! So things still exciting for the new year ahead!

How come? Even if they lose they will be top going into the New Year. Man Utd play Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool in their next 6 league games. Can't see City being out of the title race by the end of tomorrow/today.

Didnt mean they would be out but if they going to win it but they  to take advantage of a game of this importance as well as as beating liverpool at home on tuesday with the legend Steve Gerrard back! As surely being a course an distance winner time after time gives Man utd the edge on that front as how many times have teams failed to deliver when they looked certain to topple Man utd reign over the years?
Im an Arsenal fan in reality but do you think if they had more mental steal over the last decade they really could of added more titles to there cv?
Even Chelsea took a year longer to deliver the title when they tried to buy the league when ranieri was there an he was a good manager but it needed a man in the fergie mould to finnaly do it that man Mourinho!
