Check on Flop (Way too Weak!)
Raise of his small bet on Turn?
River? (Can't see him calling a Raise unless ahead)

(I have noted him now as he played his hand very strangely)

Shove flop.

He has little more than a pot sized bet behind. Checking this flop is really bad. He calls so many jx hands to a shove plus tp/mp hands its untrue

The hand cant play out this way the guy has 11bb.

You have to pay him off at the end juat incase he us going mental but even getting 19/1 i think its bad!

I meant bet the flop, as he didn't I would raise bigger on turn, as he didn't I would just call the river, as they are so short the turn has to be a shove think he could make flop about 700 to induce a shove

Bet the flop small, no real point slowplaying here on this texture as he's either going broke on this flop or has a hand that's missed it completely and can't catch up. Even an Ace would be a bad turn card which'll slow the action even considering the short effective stacks so i'd just bet on the smaller side giving him some room.

As played raising the turn is bad, call and evaluate river.
