Hero? Villain has $207 back.

What does he have ott? Tx spades, Ax flop float? 57? Can't call with any of these otr? My line is super strong, who shoves here?

Villain is 22/17/6 and as a fold to cbet of 45

Not sure what kind of 3betting dynamic you have with the villain but it seems like he can still have AK/AQ (tho peeling the flop with these seems less likely with a player behind but you did bet kinda small),  / / , maybe AT, maybe  , all sets get slow played almost always on this run out as you barrel so much and with it being such a dry flop and 3way to flop.

I think its a check/fold, especially as villain might expect you to be 3barrelling a lot on this board

Giving up on the river is best here. If turn had come one of two spades then you should generally barrel the river too. But on a turned or (or any A/K for that matter) barreling the turn and giving up on the river is good.

fold to cbet of 45

Probably save the final barrel.
His fold to cbet shows he will peel flops a lot, usually resulting in high fold to turn bet (obviously I'm just making some assumptions here), which he hasn't, so at this point I'd be fairly sure your not going to get him to fold anything that flats twice on this kind of board.
My guess is a set.
Would be interested to see his fold to turn cbet stat, providing it's a decent sample.

soooooooo tempting to give him the gravy here but the turn does "thin" your range out a little and once he calls the river it just feels like he has the sherriff's hat on and he's not taking it off.

Admittedly, you do want to be bluffing here some % of the time - or at least have SOME SORT of bluffing range vs a decent reg, but I think I'd pick a spot where the turned A/K doesn't thin your perceived value range as much and I'd also start getting some JJ-KK value bets in these spots AND DEFO snap noting that you've done it afterwards - this will make your bluffs a bit easier in this spot
