To be fair, they are probably powerless to change much of the software flaws which are mostly small and basic as it's down to the boss network ultimately

Alright i tried to make it more contructive/less harsh and obviously nobody expects them to be biger than stars.
Just tilts me hard where it could be and where it is, and the attitude of people who don't seem to take any notice at all of structures or paying 10% rake in 8 big blind turbos, as shown by the random crabs above posting bull like "lol" or "don't play then gtfo"
You've played 20 other skins, this is the worst and it makes you want to vomit.
I have to ask, why do you play there instead of on one of the others?

Exactly this. I am sure they are aware what they would like to be improved, but getting these prioritised/approved at network level can be a big problem
I don't know, but I expect they are tied into a contract too, that prevents them going elsewhere if they wanted to. and if they wanted to, well a lot of other networks have players moaning about their player experience too
Notwithstanding all the gripes, the guarantees and sometimes overlays on the satellites into the live events are excellent, surely.

Lol i was exaggerating. Boss is the most tilting network tho, ainc.
And i play there because it's my local poker room.
All i'm saying is i think the games could be improved for all parties with some not so drastic changes.

Why not write a list, and hand it to Alex or Nicola next time you visit the club?
You'll find them very willing to listen. You might even find they've asked for some of the changes already
