When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down 'happy'. They told me i didn't understand the assignment, and I told them they didn't understand life.

Probably a bit of a girlie choice. I think this may be one of the most beautiful songs ever written, and Art Garfunkel's voice is just spellbinding.  Lying down, lights off, eyes closed, I always find this song incredibly moving.

three poignant songs for me

1) we went to iceland for a night out and this rocked it in an underground 80s/90s hip hop club

2) we went to benidorm, first lads holiday in 2000, i just loved this song that much the lads had to hide it

3) my dad used to play a load of squeeze in the car when i was young, love most of their songs

Pretty sure I shouldn't be loving clubbing music at 41, but the truth is I still love it!
