disappearing bet

had a bet on saturday with hills online, gone into the account today and the money isnt there, nor is the evidence of me putting the bet on, i could bet 1/10000 that i put the bet on because i can remember the estimated returns. Waiting for customer services online now, 30 people in the queue.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem before?

probably just clutching at straws thinking they have made a mistake, i prob fkd up somehow. Had 9 bets on saturday, 8 loses and 1 place, knockara beau placed at 25/1 obv this the only one i bet at hills. Too tilting

I had a problem with hills when they put a bet on twice.

Had problems before when placing bets , not knowing whether I was on or not.

Think their software is a bit dodgy to be honest.

They resolved the issue for me but try I dont feel confident using the site anymore.

I have done this before where I could have sworn I had put something on but hadn't confirmed it or whatever.  Nothing you can do really.  To be fair I have also been at the other end of the phone as a bookie trying to explain to a punter that is sure of what they bet and it just isn't there that we can't pay if we can't see a bet.  Very frustrating for both parties to be honest.
