I must start taking my camera out with me and learn to use it properly.  i've seen a few things lately i've wanted to capture, but the pics I get on my phone are just shizz.

Bout 12 thousand dollas I think. Up here in Scotland, that is enough to upgrade a house to the electricity.

I have what I think are a few interesting photos to post but I'm also wary of posting too many so I'll try and group them by subject to make them relevent to each other.

While at Brighton last weekend for the Sky Poker Tour I arrived early afternoon so had a couple of hours spare.

I took a wander along the beach and pier and then through some of the parks in town.

This is some of the 300+ photos I took.

A bit cross with myself at the next one, terrible framing and I missed a good 2mm of tail feather. ;-)

While wandering through the park these little fella's were foraging in the bushes.

This one seemed to be paying a lot of attention to me.

So I wandered off, found a half uneaten monkey nut and called him over.

Next on the beach I came across this little building, The Brighton Fishing Museum, more of this later.

Then I found what is clearly a monument to the freshly fried seaside doughnut.

And some appealing seaside showers.

Wet stones look very pretty when shot with a flash though.

Now I'm not sure what promotional people think when trying to show off their town or pier in this case.  They obviously don't think that sticking a giant prism with "WHAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE PIER MOMENT?" plastered on it right in front of a perfect photo location is a bad idea.

My favourite pier moment?  Thinking to myself what fool put this giant sign here?
