I was outside in the afternoon sunshine when a heavy rain shower blew in from nowhere.

Five minutes later, it disappeared just as quickly as it came, but it left this behind.

Nice rainbow capture, I never seem to have a camera handy when I see them.  Great to see all the colours in it.

Thanks for posting this, good documentry.  I like the idea of taking a bus trip and taking photos out of the window, I may have to try that one day, wonder what will I'll end up with.

Thanks Milli Smiley

I had an hour to kill in Leicester today while waiting for a phone company to try and rip me off, so I experimented with a few 'Colour extracted' shots.

Finding scenes with isolated examples of the colour I was after wasn't as easy as I thought, and red was by far the most common.

Like the shed shots.  We must have a few of them around here in the sticks part I guess.  Will add it to the "to do" list!

I'm glad I'm not the only one to appreciate the aesthetic beauty of a well aged shed.

I have my eye on a doozy. Watch this space.

Thought I would bump this thread with my annual post of a selection of photos from the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford.

A great day out....
