Seems a bit shit that you can give Pete this information. You sure would not be doing it if I  was at the table. Pete should be able to tid without you guys telling him all the hands. Pete can win this with RNA.

The integrity of the live stream is a huge questionmark IMO with this. Needs a longer delay or no communication with the players really

Not that I blame Pete for exploiting an edge if others aren't!

I'd be very surprised if the others weren't getting this info as well.  Maybe not as quickly but they will get it!

of course, but this is why you ban mobile devices etc for finalists

If the rail (the British lads for example) have a laptop set up on the rail metres away, watching with a minor delay....can't be right

I assume this is why the TD told Pete not to talk to them, and now Pete wants to know the hands, so he is talking to them

Maybe not. They are on break aren't they? So 15 mins ago is when Pete would have asking - I imagine.

Perhaps, but isn't the DTD way where no one on the premises can access the live stream even with the delay simply far preferable?

Even then of course nothing to stop someone on the rail texting someone watching at home and getting the info, I suppose

(this is no criticism of Pete/friends by the way, I am just curious as to the running of the comp)

As soon as you start showing hole cards with minimal delay then they simply cannot stop it happening!

He's just been asking us about Certain hands whenever he gets a break. Would be stupid to not take advantage of this

and the integrity of the comp is more important than streaming it online, yes?

If streaming online is crucial, the delay has to be longer, I would contend

Why don't they just allow the players to have laptops on the tables so they can actually see each other's cards during the hand? Farce imo.

No argument with that.

Other issues around it are my concern. not that that matters  Cheesy

I think they should let everyone on the final table
use mobile phone, iPad and any devices that can c the hold cards!

Good luck to him, surely you would be stupid not to use all the information available and the others at the table.
