Even low stake grinders can't be thrilled with playing these? Twelve hour grind to cash for $3.78 or something.
I totally agree, would love to beat fields of 20k just to treble my 5 doll stake..... Gtfo, it's all about lucky 63's or the euromillions instead.

Not really sure why anyone would be unhappy, so many online festivals so if it's not to your liking, don't play, pretty simple. Good that Stars give the really low stakes players a festival to play.

If it increases the traffic of regular comps then good
If it slows the server down then bad

Personally think its awesome. Gives broke grinders like me a chance to play a massive schedule for decent prizepools (granted its only really worth it if you win but yeah)

What's the difference between these and all the low buy-in tournaments they usually run?

The guarentees obv. I would guess the field sizes are going to be massive.

Half the total buyin (- rake) is a bounty and half goes to the prizepool.

Quick Stars q that I'd like to know (nothing to do with this)
When it says that it's a 3xTurbo - what does the 3x mean? I can't see the difference between these and normal ones.

The rb period is 3x. Standard turbo rb is 30 mins, 2x 1 hr so 3x is 90 minutes.

3xturbo rebuy after 90 mins rebuy ends dbl rebuy gets you 6000 chips blinds resume at 1.5k/3k lucky you get a 30 k add on I love these nightly comps
