Sadly I only arrived at the tail end of this hand

the board reads   three diamonds three clubs

Paul Noonan shoves about 23,000 into 17,000 from the small blind, first to act after the river

Middy, with that inscrutable look of his, calls from his big stack

Now I didn't see the action that led to this point, but it looked a fairly spectacular call with

Noonan?   ..and he is off down the M1 with alacrity

Egos clash between Adam Daniel and Neil Cleghorn.
Cleghorn tries to argue that Daniel didn't put chips over the line and should be left with 400 chips (2 antes) and calls the TD.
Eventually Cleghorn says he can have them, throwing them in the direction of Daniel, Daniel saying "you can keep your 400 chips, thankyou very much for the rest" as Cleghorn leaves.

Tommy Cunningham raises the button

the small blind 3 bets

Dan Morgan 4 bets  playing 41,000 in the big blind

Cunningham folds

The small blind peels with A-J

J-7-5

The small blind check jams the flop, and getting 4-1 Morgan calls all in and exits for another go tomorrow

For 50k Aristion Hicks gets it in with JJ, called by the AK of Rory Andrews.
They shake hands in true sporting fashion before the flop which does infact have an Ace on it, leaving Hicks with less than 1 big blind.

Amongst those with lots of chips, looking to be in good position for Sunday

Middy with over 150,000

Chris Bruce over 120,000

Jakally, bookiebasher, Fun4Fraser, istabraq, MC all above average stacks

I still make Matt Perry chip leader with over 200,000

Full chip counts will be along shortly after the finish
