Hi Nicola,
Just planning various things for September and the 500kGTD. Will there be any live sats for the CPP taking place over that weekend? Rough ideas of buy ins etc. Know its a while away so no rush.
Thanks,
Ryan
Hi Ryan
It is highly likely there will be live CPP satellites that weekend.
We will be announcing the details in the next week or so
Cheers Nicola

I heard over the weekend that the dealers that you are taking to St. Kitts won't be regular employees but blow ins. Tell me to keep my nose out if you want but celebrating 5 years of Dtd would be much better with some of the most excellent staff you have rather than people that just do the occasional stint at Dtd.
Gotta be good for staff morale IMO
Thinking about it I would not mind having 10% of my buyin taken to cover the expense of getting someone like Penny there.
Edit: It was not Penny who mentioned the subject to me.
Having chatted to Rob it turns out that Thomas Kremser will already have a team of poker dealers already over in St Kitts so they will be used. Big
for the Dtd Staff but makes sense. Obv hoping to win a seat myself still

Dear Jason Herbert
Head of Human Resources
Dusk Till Dawn
That's is correct Jason, thank you for winding my staff up
the Unibet Open which Thomas Kremster is hosting is the following week after our CPP in St Kitts, on the neighbouring island of St Maarten, so we are combining resources and using the same dealer pool. Of course, Simon Trumper will be hosting our event personally and Nick is dealing with all logistics issues.
Cheers Pal
PS all will be forgiven should you bring Simon Higgins for a heads up game this weekend! On a serious note, Simon Trumper is arranging a NL cash game, 10 25 50 blinds this weekend, so if Mr Higgins is interested, ask him to give Mr Trumper a call. Will be an interesting line up.

Kept my side of the bargain tonight. Simon and I sat in the £50 comp and the £15 and we never saw you. Just come outside and your car is parked there
......going back in to play some PLO
Edit. Turned into an expensive night for me. Ripped the arse out of my jeans getting into those stupid seats in his car and think I've dislocated my shoulder when he wanted to show me how good ceramic breaks are.

Just tried to late register for tonights CPP qualifier and registration was closed 45 minutes into it and it advertised as 60 mins late reg?
Do these sats have late reg or do I need to get home from the pub earler?

Probably worth the DTD team clarifying this again. Late regustration is only open if there is a minimum number of runners when the tournament starts but I can't recall how many are required.

Hey
Just to confirm the late reg only kicks in if the minimum number is hit (this is totally different min runners from these needed for the satellite to run as we can set that number but can't set the min for late reg)
The late reg rule is 7 if 1 seat is GTD, 8 if 2 seats GTD, 9 for 3 seats etc etc. It is basically 6 more than the number of prizes generated/guaranteed!
This satellite only got 7 runners, its 2 seats GTD so it needs 8 runners for late reg to run.
I hope that makes sense, unfortunately we cannot alter this as it stands
Cheers Nicola
