Like i said i am inviting offers at this moment in time - the raffle is an option if no offers are received.  If you want to make an offer
then please feel free to PM me.

I have given a rough breakdown of the figures that i expect could POTENTIALLY be raised with a raffle, (I anticipate between 5-7k) however I am aware that
nothing is certain.  Whoever purchases the plate / wins the raffle will have the V750 certificate transferred into their name
IN FRONT OF THEM through the DVLA Website, as well as be given the trasfer papers - On receipt of payment at the same time of course.

I also do not have a problem in giving the details of the hospice, once the donation has been made, in case anybody wants to check up on that part.

What is your name and where do you play poker?

I'm Keith Hawkins and I play mostly online, sometimes at the Vic in London and sometimes in Las Vegas.

I mostly play in the North East and occasionally online.  I am not a big stakes player, and mostly play tournaments rather than cash games.
Like i said i treat poker as an enjoyable passtime, rather than thinking i can make a long term profit at it.  I know that there are those
who do very well from it, much better than myself, however i just enjoy the pychology and thought processses involved in the game
as much as the winning.

The fact you've avoided 10 questions that ask your name doesn't fill me with confidence about your intentions.

The last raffle I heard of done like this by a poker player was so conveniently won by his wife.

If that is your next idea, I hope blondepoker bans that from being facilitated through this site.

(I have no idea whether you are reputable are not fwiw and that's not an attack on you but as a site who has suffered highly from scammers this idea seems ridiculous if allowed).

What's your name? Where roughly do you live? What car do you drive? Can we have a pic of the plate on the car?

You knew about that? Thought it was before your time.

synetos.

Let me try & explain to you why you are getting a hostile reception here, & the lads are having a bit of sport with you. I don't like to see you being exposed to this, but you are not helping yourself.

You have never posted here before, & suddenly, you sign up for one reason only - to flog a number plate.

Once you have sold it (& I promise 100% you will NEVER sell it to a blonde, at least not at those prices, please trust me) you will disappear, never to be seen again.

You are the 50th or 100th person to do this here. They just arrive, one after the other, try to flog something, then disappear. They just use blonde.

This is NOT Exchange & Mart.

In 8 cases out of 10 in examples like this, the new Member, flogging something, is a wrong 'un. Not saying you are, but the lads have had their fingers burnt too many times. Once (pre-blonde) a guy run a HUGE raffle, the prize was worth a 6 figure sum, & his wife won it.

There are loads of platforms for flogging number plates, they are ten a penny.

I'm afraid this is the wrong place for a complete stranger to just poll up & try to flog something of dubious value.

You have not helped yourself by avoiding straight questiions.

Just state...

Your real name

The locale in which you live. ("north east" is a tad vague)

The local cardroom you frequent. I am assuming it is an unlicensed cardroom, as a licensed venue would definitely not be permitted to run an auction or raffle for a number plate along the lines you suggested.

Do that, & your credibility will soar.

You also need to value the plate properly. I have no idea what the market stands for these things, but on a good day, if you are lucky, with the wind behind you, & assuming you are kosher, you would do well to get £2k.

I hope you sell the thing, & that the Hospice/Charity you are supportting does well, too.

Take care.

Lol, behave. The story was not exactly well-documented, & I'm genuinely surprised that Cos know, as he has never mentioned it on here.

Move on.
