For those that don't know the Ladies from work "Step Ladies" are running the 5K in Nottingham Sunday 5th August 2012!
It's all for a good cause and all donations are going towards Cancer Research UK.
Each one of us has a personal reason for taking part in Race for Life. Some have been touched by cancer or are taking part in memory or celebration of a loved one

Anyone wondering whether to do it not this year, just enter. It really doesn't matter at all if you jog, walk, sprint or waddle - no one cares and it's the raising money that counts!
