A profile, with a difference

Back in 2006, a year or so into the forum's life, we started the Profiles "child"board for people to answer some questions about themselves
318 have done so since. All of them have some interesting things n them, but essentially its a quiet part of the forum that I doubt many people visit any more
Today a new member signed up. "Permanent Quandary"
"Who?" I pondered earlier as I checked his sign up details, IP etc. Just in case he was about to sell us a number plate, you understand
My question was soon answered
He created a profile, on which we learn he is Adam, a dealer at DTD. I probably know Adam by sight, but can't put a face to a name until I am next there
Anyway, his profile. Have a read of this. Including the later questions
http://blondepoker.com/forum/index.php?topic=57160.0
all apply
It's reminded me, the questions haven't altered for 5 years, so that's another job for the list
If you haven't done a profile, fill one in. Always good to know more about the posters on here....

Maybe it's a quiet part of the forum because we can't reply. Never understood that or questioned it either , there have been a few profiles up where I have wanted to ask a question after reading.
No need with Mr Quandary though, well above and beyond the call of duty that one. Good read.

Tremendous effort by Mr Quandary. I reckon most people would like to update theirs Tighty, is it possible?

Yeah I read through it. I'm well acquainted with the guy already so wasn't surprised to see a massive profile filled out. Would be interesting to see what people have to write these days, though, especially if we can leave it side by side with what's already down from years and years ago.

I'll see what I can do
I cannot remember why th board is set to "locked" for replies, there would have been a good reason.

I honestly think that is the first time anyone has referred to me as a really cool guy.
What a legend!

As a relative newcomer, I was thinking about filling one of these in to 'introduce' myself to the forum......however after reading that i dont feel anywhere near articulate enough, mine would mainly be one word or short sentence answers!

Bloody hell, I'm a boring tosser.
7 years later and the only answer I'd change is:
"What are your greatest accomplishments in poker?
Not having to work for 5 years! Winning a big event at the Vic."
Replace 5 with 12 and that's sorted.
