6 one hour levels of late and re-entry, no more chip penalties on GUKPT. Up to 40 already, Stockton started with a similar number and ended up with 73 runners.

67 players in the end.
Dear old Albert Sapiano, aka Saga Heater, won it, with Steve Bovis 2nd.
Steve was a very sick man 4 or 5 years ago, when some serious medical complications arose after a motoring accident, & I was pleased to see he seems to have lost a bunch of weight, & is in much better health.
Well done both of them.

Wow. Steve Bovis. He had a good run about 6 years ago. Just assumed he was not around any more and had stopped playing.

It may have been slightly longer back, maybe 7 or 8 years, but he became quite ill & was not on the scene for a goodly while.
I'm not particularly a friend of his, though we get on OK, I'm just so pleased he is better now, & judging from the photos, looking it, too.
Great news.

Thanks. He and I used to share a table regularly back in the day.
I was glad to hear he's doing OK.

These photos courtesy of GUKPT, with thanks.
Most impressed with the camera fitted to the dealer's head - proper "Dealer-Cam" that. In fact, I could have taken those......
