FB/Email Hacked - HELP!!

Just gone to log into FB and found it locked...odd as I have saved password.

Snap change p/word and also reset Hotmail.

Get e-mail back saying that my FB was accessed from Newton Abbott on IP address IP=86.156.169.1

1. Can I do anything with this IP address, inform anyone?
2. Do I need to worry about them stealing anything inside the 2 hours they had access?
3. Do I need to change anymore passwords?

that IP address is the one your currently using

but do a virus scan to try and make sure you havent got a trojan on your pc and change all your passwords

Newton Abbot is where your ISP will be based. The IP location services aren't that accurate. I've got a fixed IP address here in Nottingham, and IP location still says I'm in London (BT).

Edit: actually I've just tried a location service and it now says I'm in Leicester.

Worse places to be imo. Nottingham for instance. Unless you're at DtD obv
