Games of my life
78 Argentina 3 Holland 1
79 Arsenal 3 Man U 2
82 France 3 Germany 3
86 Everton 2 Owls 1 (Sad day)
89 Liverpool 0 Arsenal 2
90 England 1 Belgium 0
90 England 3 Cameroon 2
90 England 1 Germany 1
91 Owls 1 Man Utd 0 (Yeah!)
92? Owls 3 Man Utd 3
93 Blackburn 2 Owls 4
93 Owls 2 Blunts 1
96 Liverpool 4 Newcastle 1
96 England 1 Germany 1
2000 England 2 Argentina 2
2001 Man U 2 Bayern 1
2001 England 2 Greece 2
2005 Owls 4 Monkey Hangers 2
2006 Liverpool 3 AC Milan 3
2012 Barca 2 Chelsea 2

Out of that lot the Blackburn game was the most amazing for me
So much pressure in the England games
Best endings - Arsenal, Man Utd 99, Chelsea/Man City 2012
Best games - France/Germany

there you go
2012 City 2 QPR 1

That win for Wednesday away at Blackburn in the cup semi was a tremendous game. Probably the best 45 minutes of football I have seen Wednesday play in 40 years. It's on you tube I think.

Sheridan,Palmer,Warhurst, Bart williams etc took Blackburn apart.

Sometimes you don't realise what you have til its gone.

Yes - it was amazing, incredible 45 minutes of football, I sometimes think the Palmer own goal topped it off
Now where is my Yellow Wednesday top

all those "boring years under Big Sam" are going to look golden for the next ten years now!

lol good point. Same could be said for Blackburn!

He did, does from me.  Awful decision when we hired Ince, when Big Sam was available.  And I was just hoping he didnt get snapped up before xmas of that season, so when the inevitable happened to Ince we could still have him.  Then what followed was an even a worse decision when we fired him.  Methinks he wouldnt of put up with the Venkys to long anyways.

If today was written in a comic book, you'd just not buy the next edition as it would be just total unrealistic and stupid

I was out all day, checked phone, it was 2 - 1 to QPR in the 90th minute.  I turned to my mate and said "City have fooked it up, Mancini will be gone by tonight.

Checked phone again 5 minutes later to confirm, and, I had to ask my mate to read out the score as I didn't believe what I was seeing.  Never seen anything like it, and just when I  was starting to get fed up with Premier League football.

Faith restored.
