Meh, we should thump the Windies in truth. The South Africa series is the true test and should be really good.
Got tickets for the Sunday of the Trent Bridge test, love going to the cricket.

Sigh. Stupid rule he can't play 20/20 especially given the selection policies for both forms England (and every other country have). Our 50 over captain doesn't even play 2020! |

I agree Longy its like were shooting ourselves in the foot i dont like making exceptions just to help one player but surely the ecb could say you can play 20/20 world cup and retire after that if you want
I think its understandable to try and maximise revenue for him the 50/50 format and 20/20 international just arent there at the minute. Test match cricket will always be the hight of someones career and im glad hes stuck with it.
Buit when you can make hundreds of thousands of pounds for a few weeks "work" over in india i think he would be mad not to take that up for the last few years of his career!

Not on sale yet, I have mates who will be on priority lists for both venues and nothing has happened so far. |
