Hi there!
Having recently retired from online poker - hanging up my red-and-black, Pokerstars Spade-emblazoned jersey to move on to bigger and better and as yet undefined things - I now find myself, as many before me, in the predictable position of having accumulated a great deal of knowledge with no, or at least dubious, practical application in the world outside.
I'm 26 now. I've been playing poker seriously for maybe 6-8 years and winning decent amounts for maybe 3 or 4 of them. I primarily play(ed) online small/medium stakes tournaments and came tantalizingly and frustratingly close to crossing into (lifetime) six figure profits by the end of last year, but alas, fate is cruel and I never quite crossed that meaningless and imaginary line before going on something of a losing streak this year which would ensure that I never made it. Not this go round anyway.
So I offer a trade to any and all. Lessons in Hold'em, in the form of informal voice chats on Skype and by email, in exchange for lessons on whatever subject it is that you have an interest and understanding in. It could be Shakespeare or astronomy or chess or nutrition or something else entirely - I have an appetite for new things. For my part I can offer a pretty good education in small stakes hold'em to anyone who is a losing, break even or novice player. But really, your ability at poker doesn't matter, you just have to be good at
something.

In this way maybe I can get some added value from what seems right now to be a whole lot of otherwise useless information floating around in my head, and hopefully have some fun too.
Shoot me a PM if you have something to offer!
Steve
